I’m an experienced product development leader with a background in taking physical products from early concept through to manufacture and scale. I work with early-stage and growing companies that have a high-impact product they want to launch.

I help teams make good technical decisions early, reduce risk before it becomes expensive, and build product and manufacturing foundations that can scale. This includes product definition, materials and component selection & validation, design for manufacture, supplier engagement, and setting up development and NPD processes.

I bring a broad range of skills and experience across product development, manufacturing, quality, and scale-up, and I’m comfortable working hands-on where needed or at a more strategic level with founders, engineers, and investors. I’m often brought in when teams are moving quickly, facing complexity, or need an experienced perspective to cut through uncertainty.

I focus on physical products, with a particular interest in sustainable consumer goods and adjacent technologies. My aim is simple: to help teams build products that are technically sound, manufacturable, and commercially successful.
